Introduction

First, thanks for allowing me in. I have been riding since 1963. (Starting with a early 60s Jawa....anyone remember those?) I recently retired (too soon) and moved from Houston, Texas to a small town in Arkansas to take care of my elderly father. (What's this...I can actually get past 3rd gear before the next stop!) I sold my V-Star thinking I wouldn't have much riding time. Went two months and couldn't stand it. Wanting to save money on gas I decided not to buy another big bike. Enter the GZ250. (2007) Still adjusting to the small size. Its hard going from a Caddy to a Miata in one step!

I have lurked here for several weeks and found many interesting facts and mods. Not mechanical at all so really appreciate the fact that folks go out of their way to show pics and diagrams of what they have done.
