Dead spot in acceleration

bpdchief Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Ozark, MO Posts: 848	Dead spot in acceleration When accelerating slowly I reach a spot where the engine falters, I can accelerate past that point but wonder the cause. I'm on my third tank with carb cleaner mixed in. Any thoughts? Hits in 1st at about 12- 15 mph __________________ I'm never lost - I'm exploring alternative destinations !
