What's the quality of the OEM GZ saddlebags ?

I'm seeing that Suzuki sells a nice looking set of GZ bags, for those of you that own them and have the experience what do you think of them overall ? I'm actually thinking about going with "ghost brackets" with my wife's GZ and was just wondering about the OEM bag opinions.
