Broken Throttle Cable

We have a 2000 GZ250. I noticed yesterday that the 'return' throttle cable was broken. The 'main' throttle cable is working and pulling the throttle open when I twist the grip and the springs on the carb are closing the throttle when the grip in released. However the secondary cable is broken inside the sheath. Our local Suzuki dealer has closed..

I'll probably order a new cable online somewhere. Do any of you have sites you would suggest for online OE parts? Any advice on changing out the cable?
