2006 GZ250 rear tire that seems to rub on inner fender

I am new to the board. I just purchased a used 2006 GZ250 and I have it at the shop. When I bought it, I did not look close enough at the rear tire. It appears to be rubbing on the inner fender when you go over a bump. There is a lot of clearance on the right side, but tight on the left. I heard about a TSB from some sites that say this is covered by Suzuki. Does anyone know of this problem or had this problem. Other then the tire issue, we really like the bike. If anyone is going to be buying a used GZ 250, you may want to check for this first. Wish I knew about this when I was looking at the bike. Thank You in advance. GZBrian
