Greetings from Toronto!
Hi all! I'm a brand-spanking new rider...just completed my MSF course last month and just brought a 2000 GZ250 home the other day. The spouse and I got her for an absolute STEAL, and it's absolutely gorgeous! We're both still pretty new to this whole sport, and we haven't even ridden outside of a parking lot. Not to mention we can't...the bike won't be plated and insured until later this week. I just keep coming up with excuses to go down to the garage and look at/fiddle with the bike. Sit on it. Admire it. Sit on it again. Make 'vroom-vroom' noises.
I'm glad that I found a forum dedicated specifically for this bike. I'll come out with it - I'm NOT mechanically inclined (why don't girls grow up learning this stuff the same way guys do? I don't know...) but I plan on changing that. I'd love to be able to use the 'How To' section and get friendly advice from people here on the board. The last thing I want to do is get ripped off at a shop because I don't know any better. So...again...hello! :rawk: Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Greetings
Welcome sister. There are a bunch of women on the site, so you're not alone.
You've made an excellent choice in both motorcycle and forum. Again, welcome and ride safe. :2tup:
