Yes. I got it running. but now it will only run with choke lever all the way forward, and full throttle...when i adjust throttle or choke, it dies.

Once it starts you can slowly turn the choke off as it warms up. The choke is a fuel enrichener for cold starts only and not needed after the initial start up. That may be a lot of the problem. Rich fuel and a fouled plug go hand in hand. Pull the plug and see if it is sooty or wet from fuel.

I rode it a couple miles yester day after new oil, filter, and air filter. spark plug was sooty, so i cleaned it off. I dont use choke at all, even in a cold start...if i do, it dies. it wil start up and run as long as im giving it throttle.

Are you sure that the big white knob under the carb has been adjusted to give 1200 to 1400 RPM idle speed? (This is Suzuki recommended idle speed when the engine is hot)
