Anybody take a ride today

Took a short ride today as riding is limited from here on out-unseasonably warm today for Indiana so I took a ride through the country-a little cool (52) but made the best of it!

How did you make out with the storms? It get pretty bad up here (lafayette area)

There are pieces of barns and roofs blown through the fields everywhere. I almost ran out of gas Sunday night because I couldn't find a station that had power.

I also heard that kokomo was in a state of emergency and if I remember correctly that's not too far from Muncie.

Scary stuff. I have seen the results of a tornado once and it turned my blood cold. Hope everyone faired well.

Have I asked you where you're actually from before? I spent a lot of time in Kokomo and and Logansport over the years. I used to eat at the Chili's in Kokomo just about every weekend for 2 years... Granted, that was 11-12 years ago, but still.

Re: Anybody take a ride today

I'm originally from a town called Plymouth about an hour and half north of Kokomo, but I live north the Lafayette (home of Purdue University) now.

Re: Anybody take a ride today

I applied to Purdue back in 2001 for a major in Philosophy. That obviously worked out...
