What a part is called

Can someone tell me what the spring that
allows my back brake pedal to disengage is
called so I can order one. I'm sure it's just not
a brake spring. Thanks

It's called "spring", part number 09448-31034

It's number 8 on the figure at:

Re: What a part is called

Thanks! This forum is great. Just bought
a 2000 model and got it running. Put new brakes
and painted it and I'm ready to roll. Any
known problems with these bikes? This bike
runs good, great mpg and it's very comfortable.

You're welcome, and - welcome to the forum, as well :2tup:

Problems? Nope. It loves to ride. Take care of its basic needs, ride it at least once a month, and it will serve you well for many years to come.

Just put some carb cleaner in a tank of fuel once in a while, and some "Sta-bil" when it is going to be stored for any length of time. The carb is the weak link of the G.Z.

Hey Blaine, any particular brand of card cleaner that has worked for you in the past? :??:
Also, Where did you buy it? Canadian Tire perhaps?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Most on here either use Seafoam or Berrymans Carb cleaner liquid. I prefer Berrymans, usually cheaper.
