Hi there, & welcome to the madhouse.
Noticed that the exhaust seems VERY close to your box. Have you checked for heat damage? You might need to pop rivet a piece of steel plate underneath, like we have to do with the leather saddle bags. ![]() BTW Love the boxes. Much smarter than my cheapo saddlebags.

Welcome and very very nice bags!!! I have seen a lot of those kinds of bag in europ and on even smaller bikes then 250cc. I will post all those pics when I can. Maybe it might help find anything out. Also did you connect those lights?? DO THEY WORK???
