No snow down here but it's just as cold as in NY/NJ- 40's during the day and down to between 20-28 at night. But in a few days it'll be back up to 60-70+. Who's in control of the thermostat?

That is an impressive conversion. There have been a lot of them over the years from different suppliers. They do require a fairly powerful bike though to be really a lot of fun if you take into consideration the extra parts in the running gear. That said, I was passed by a bike on a track/ski combo back in the 1970s. He was riding along a fenceline next to the highway and I was doing 70 MPH at the time. Talk about rapid transit.
