Thanks. Yes the rails were mounted. Not much storage space but they offer more security

I installed them myself. I found them on Craig's list. Its a company called DX bags http://www.a1hardbags.com They shipped out of California and the cost was surprisingly low. They come with a set of bracket's that mounted right up to the Suzuki OEM saddle bag bars but they felt like they were on springs instead of mounts. So I added another set brackets that I made myself. I just went to Lowe's and found some mending plates and milled new holes in them and that seemed to do the trick. The bags ares solid and don't vibrate at all. (unlike my old tour glide used to)
