WALKING at a brisk pace is almost as good cardio-wise......and is easier on the leg joints.

It was kind of an awkward fall - I was holding my phone so I didn't have both hands to break my fall. Plus I slid forward instead of going straight down, hence the major raspberries. My left hand was closed when it hit, contributing to the dislocation.

Holy smokes! I'm going to have to start scheduling injuries on a regular basis.

Re: No Riding For A While

Thanks to all for the well wishes. The finger still hurts like a son-of-a-gun. I have an appointment with the orthopedist tomorrow - hopefully there's no serious damage and I'll just have to to splint it for a while.

Hey Bill.....I wish you a speedy recovery. Glad that the "spill" didn't happen while you were on the saddle. It could have been much worse! Hope you get back on that GZ pretty soon! All the Best!
