New theme installed

There is a new theme installed. Dark Blue "EfilmyBB3". Access it in your control panel.

Complain all you want. I like the dark blue. I would like to have the quick reply box in this theme though.

Having a million emoticons on the left makes it very obvious that I'm not working.

Also, there needs to be a more visible "new thread" color. I have no idea what's new and what's not new, in this new new theme.

Yea that was the drawback i seen in this theme. I'm sure i can edit that.

I'll be using dark blue unless you guys swap an anything else.

Maybe an Eco-green theme would be nice too.
