I am more prone to name the bike after it breaks down fifty miles from the house ... and that name is best not mentioned in the forum ..

My bike has been dubbed the GeeZer Glide by a friend who rides a Harley. Perhaps it's because of my silver hair! I like that name so I may have decals made for the side covers.

The Canadian addition GZ is a Marauder 250 so Lynda named her Maudie. My bike is just my bike.

I'm with you Water...
... I work with guys that name their computers, usually with some mythology or sci-fi theme.
Call me soul-less, but I draw the line at pets. I don't have a name for my toaster, my table saw or my cell phone and, although the GZ is way more fun to play with, it's just a more sophisticated toy. It'll be "the Suzuki" until I get a second one. Now excuse me, I have to make sure Odin, Zeus and Thor are all backed up and have finished their nightly processing runs. Coming, boys! -Alan.

Depending on who you ask table saws can be much more fun than Zook.

I have 2 computers at work. I named one of them Dexter from the cartoon Dexter's Lab and the other on simply THE MAN. This was when someone accesses the network they get the point.
