Time to upgrade
Have had my 2008 GZ for 5 yrs now and it has been a great ride but I need something a little larger to do some longer rides-I've been looking at the new Kawasaki versys300 and it seems pretty sweet to me-anyone else have any info on this bike?

I don't know much about the bike but I think it may be a nice upgrade with many newer features that the GZ doesn't have. Further info can be delved into by searching for ride reviews. Also look for a forum that will give you owners opinions and mods.
Be a little leary of magazine reports as they have to sound positive to keep up their income from manufacturers. Study the specs to see if there are any glaring things like more weight that you may not want. There seems to be a growing trend for lighter small bore bikes that are more affordable and less expensive to own and maintain. Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha also have a few new smaller adult sized bikes in their stable. Take a peek at any smaller super moto bikes too. |
