Rocker Arm Shape

Hi All,

After bringing the gz250 back to life, the top end noise was still bothering me, and after a week of sitting it is having trouble firing up again. So decided to take apart the top end and take a peek.

The one thing that looked off was the shape of the exhaust rocker arm (rightmost), it looks to have a dip in it. Is this normal? Based on the photos of new arms, it looks like both are meant to have a smooth shape, like how the intake arm looks (leftmost).

The second uploaded picture is what new ones look like from Aliexpress, though I have heard their parts do not always match original production specs.

Here is another image I am looking at for comparison: http://image.dhgate.com/albu_582506420_00/1.0x0.jpg
