Turn signals switch
Have about 8,000 mileage; the turn signals switch is somewhat arthritic... feels like sandpaper moving from a turn signaled back to "rest" position in both directions.
Should I be lubricating or otherwise attending to this item? Thanks for your help Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Why not try blasting some aerosol contact cleaner into the swich. It's cheap enough, and if it doesn't work you've lost nothing.

I just got my 2005 gz250 and the turn signal switch was rough. I opened it up and used some steel wool on the metal components that touch to remove a small amount of corrosion and overall make everything smooth. This fixed my turn signal switch being rough/difficult to move back and forth and now it works great.
