Took a peek at the weather forecast where I used to live. Boy oh boy, I sure am happy living here and not on the Canadian prairies. Last night it was above freezing here while Edmonton Alberta had a predicted low of -36C.

I'm not in Canada but it still looks to be over a week before we break 32 degrees again. I"m so tired of snow and cold

It seems nearly the entire planet has been suffering this winter. Even Vancouver Island had schools closed due to snow falls which is quite rare.
Wildlife has had a lot of problems this year too. A lot of critters are venturing into urban areas to feed with deadly results. They get shot before they start to call it home and become dangerous to humans. Not a great situation for man or beast.

I keep checking the 10 day forecast looking for a break but it hasn't come yet. High for tomorrow is 2 degrees F.
