Re: My 250 in the mountains
Well, I'll be! Never noticed the little tooth thingees. Just an accident, I assure you.
Yeah, this is a beautiful area of NM. Cloudcroft is at 8500 ft and the spot this pic was shot at is close to 9000 ft elevation. Here's another photo this year before snow hit; a little lower too.

Re: My 250 in the mountains
I love Cloudcroft. I've got family down the road at Alamogordo. You should play a round of golf at Cloudcroft's course. It's crazy! 350 yard hole...but 200 of that is vertical! :jawdrop:

A round of golf?
I'm with Mark Twain, when he said "golf is a good walk - spoiled"

Re: My 250 in the mountains
I've just noticed, in the photo, that your helmet is parked on the mirror. I was always taught never to park it on anything, just rest it somewhere, as anything like a mirror or handlebars can eventually damage the soft inner lining which is there to help protect your head in the event of an accident, & thus make the helmet less protective. Does ayone else agree with me, or is this just a fallicy?
