exhaust pipes question

this is how the pipes were when i got the bike. (got it through a trade)
are they supposed to look like this? are these stock?

I will caution you both though. they can still be cocked like that. When you reinstall them (if you take them off) make sure you are tightening both sides of the flange equally. tighten one side a turn or two, do the other side a turn or two, etc. If you tighten one side all the way down before the other side you can get things misaligned. Just a word of warning.
