What unavailable gizmos and technology do you want?
Let's have some fun! Surely you have thought of things that would improve your motorcycling experience. Technology and cost may or may not be able to provide the things that are suggested, it makes no difference since technology is always advancing and costs generally go down once something is in production. The wackier the ideas, the better, as long as they improve motorcycling efficiency, comfort, convenience or safety. I will start with:
1) Helmets that reduce wind noise by having an inner coating of noise-reducing material. Possibly a sprayed-on coating to the inside of the shell before the foam and padding are added. 2) Faceshields that display gps and other information. Some cars already have this displayed on their windshields. 3) More accurate speedometers. Cars have accurate speedos, why not motorcycles? 4) Riding suits with built-in cooling. They would have small compressors and condensers built-in to cool a liguid flowing through tubes in the front parts of the suits. There are already electrically warmed riding suits, why not cooling as well? I'm sure you can top those, so let's hear your ideas!

I'd like a fuel gauge. So I don't have to reset my trip odometer every time.
BTW your #4 is already available: http://www.ec21.com/product-details/...--4831678.html However the GZ will not pull the load for that one.

The micro cooling system needs 24 volts to operate. A small 24 volt portable generator would be kinda neat strapped on the rear fender. Death Valley here we come. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

What I would like is a bike that doesn't want to wander off the road when I am gawking at the scenery around me. The technology is available but out of my price range.

It'd be great if we could ride motorcycles in the Minnesota winters! But I'm not holding my breath.
