If the air box was wet with gas you can do a drain. There is a hose from the bottom of the air box that hangs down through the frame and is meant for that purpose. You will find a plug in the hose. It will have crap and gas in it. Drain hose, replace plug and be happy. Do it with every oil change even if there are no problems.

Check the bulbs and sockets for corrosion. Check for poor grounds too.

Turns out the rubber gasket on brass seat was dry rotted and allowing gas to go around it , which was causing the flooding and non running . Relay is int he mail i"ll tell you guys how that works out. - Julius
