Bike engine shuts off while riding

I was coming home from a party when doing 70, engine turned off and had to stop. It took a few minutes to start again and which it did it three more times before finally making it home.
Ever since, it will shut off entirely in 1st gear or when I move up in gears.
In fact it did this when I made a turn and lost momentum and went down.
I cleaned everything I could possibly think of but it is still turning off.
Any thoughts?

Have you checked the side stand switch? It can cause the symptoms you describe.

Carb was flushed when I bought it a couple months ago
Also when it dies, I get no rev what's so ever, I am literally gliding to a stop

If the vent in the gas filler cap is dirty/plugged, it will let a vacuum build up in the tank and prevent gas flowing by gravity into the carb, then the engine dies. You can test for that by pulling off the cap when it stalls - if there is a hiss of in-rushing air into the tank, it may mean the vent is plugged. If the bike sputters before it dies and you can quickly loosen the cap, and it immediately runs fine, that is another indication the vent may be plugged.

Not possible unless you have a key in the cap lock, all the time.

Fuel starvation would be a possibility at the higher speeds, certainly. But that wouldn't account for having the same issue at low speeds and when changing gears.

I would also test the side stand switch. They are a common complaint and known to fail. After that, look for mechanical or carb issues. Running strong like that at 70 and suddenly just dying would tell me that the bike is shorting or cutting spark somewhere. If it is a mechanical or fuel related issue, the the problem would be gradual. The bike would start to feel like it's running out of gas. But it sounds to be like it's just simply dying, right?

Is there a reasonable way to jumper the kickstand switch temperarily?

You could short out terminals D & E in the side stand relay. This would replicate the conditions with the side stand up. However Make sure that the side stand IS UP before moving off. It's too easy to forget that the safety feature is disabled.

BTW, I would follow the instructions for the side stand check (next to the circuit diagram) to make sure you're getting reasonable or otherwise results, first.
