Too funny, I saw that welded mount bracket under the frame of my wifes GZ, and I immediately thought to myself "the stupid PO must have removed the centerstand and threw it in the trash:" Guess I was wrong. I have the luxury of a Titan MC lift. So I ended up clamping the front wheel, and using my MC scissor jack and a 2X3 wood block wedged under that "mystery bracket" worked perfect getting the rear up so I could change the rear brakes shoes.
