Re: Some vids i shot with the GoPro Hero HD
Its too bad i cannot capture the large creek that runs along the road in vid #2. The road was made to follow the creeks path. There are two man made dams (a third and fourth were destroyed years ago, floods), huge boulders the size of dump trucks, trails to the creek where people go swimming/fishing/hanging out. It is the site of a very old boy scout camp that dates back probably close 100 years. They used to use the creek and lakes for summer camps that are long gone (you can still find chimneys in the woods that have no cabins). Theres an abandoned house along that road that begs investigation. There are also tiny cabins built along there (about 8 of them) that hang over the creek that you can literally sit on the small porch and drop a fishing line into the creek. There are a few homes, some of which the only access to are walking bridges acrosss the creek. How the hell they moved their house contents over a walking bridge is beyond me lol.

That does it. We need to get Dupo a chopper. No, not that kind! I mean the kind where he can swoop in over the water or hover outside your window in "stealth mode." I've heard they're available as kits and he seems to be handy with tools...

Get him on of those radio controlled choppers like Danny Lightning had, or one of those mini ones from Brookstone and the like, and he can put his keychain camera on it to snoop around.
Dupo - do you wet the suction cup for a tighter more secure stick or do you use it dry? |

Re: Some vids i shot with the GoPro Hero HD
If you had a helicopter you could video the creek (and yerself) from the air to cut in to the on-frame mounted video.
