Trip Mileage Knob
Does anyone have a knob off the speedometer for sale/old gz they could take it off of? I did not see the part in the parts manual. So if anyone has one please let me know! Thanks.

Re: Trip Mileage Knob
The knobs are not only notorious for breaking off but also for simply failing to grab the little gears inside.
Try some epoxy and maybe half of golf tee just to make sure the mechanism still works. You may have to replace the whole speedometer... But I don't have any first hand experience. |

Re: Trip Mileage Knob
Yeah.
The knob is on a little shaft. If it breaks off, you can extend the shaft and make your own knob... like the fat end of a golf tee. |
