Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 775 lbs - 350 lbs of bike = 425 lbs of load capacity.

OK, but the Suzuki site lists the GZ250 (specifications) as 331 lbs curb weight, including fuel, oil, battery, etc. as needed to ride it. Is it an error?
EDIT: I checked the manual here and it states dry mass is 302 lbs, so 331 curb weight seems about right. That should allow a maximum load of about 444 lbs.

Probably.....350 is an estimate rounded for easy math. Including your farkles, that's all.
