Update on No lights, No sound, no nothing

Just picked up the bike from the shop and they told me the battery was bad. I was causing a shortage on the electrical making the fuse to blow out. I thought the battery was good because it was charged. I guess that charged battery didnt mean much

Sometimes just being charged is not an indication of being "good".
But the story they gave you sounds a little strange to me.
I hope it holds up and continues to work.

Had it happen to me once in a car,the battery developed a complete dead short.I had forgot all about it until I read this. The car would not even start on a boost because of the shorted battery
O_o

Sure; been there and done that.
That's the main reason that you don't jump from another vehicle when it is running.
The part I have a problem with is the blown fuse.

That just doesn't match the rest of the story......unless maybe that was from the alternator trying to charge into a mostly shorted battery.......but the last failure was cranking but no start.
Something just doesn't add up.
There may be something lost in "translation" too.
