Rear sprocket damper?

I'm getting a clunk sound from the back wheel when shifting gears.
The sprocket bolts are tight, but when I pull on the chain there is some slop in the rear hub.
Do I have a bad rear sprocket damper?
Has anybody else experienced this?
Any suggestions?

Sounds like a shot bearing maybe? I didn't know these bikes had rear sprocket dampers?
