i use my heel of left shoe as an indicator that i have reached the limit or the peg will hit the ground and i might come down with the bike. That is why the outside of my heel is worn out because of scraping the groud so often when i take a sharp left turn. as for the right turn i do not or cannot take that sharp turn so my shoe never touches the ground. Can we take a real sharp turn on right? never tried myself.

Yes you can turn as sharp to the right. You need more practice. Keep in mind we all turn better in one direction whether it be left or right. Just the way we are built and wired.
