Good job, Busy! I like your photo trip reports and narration more than your videos. Your videos are great, but I guess I like the stories that come with the pictures. When you say you missed the road to the Grand Canyon, did you mean that you meant to go there but missed the turn-off so did not go?

Hi, Mr. Moedad.
I tried to take many photos on this touring, as enough time to ride and relax.
I'll get try photo report as long as I could.

Yes, I intended to go Grand Canyon and little lower part of the Utha; Zion National Park.
However, at the Flagstaff, I mis-read the map and toward to the West Bound.
About 10 minutes of riding, I noticed that I'm going to wrong direction.
But I found at that time ;the sign of Historic Route 66; ha ha ha >> change of plan.....

And at the Scotty's Castle, I met couple of senior riders >>> one of them looks alomost like you ha ha ha
You may see him in the photos... I wonder if you have twin brother... ha ha ha.
Thanks

Re: 2009, Nov. Holiday Riding...

Mis-reading a map or missing a turn can be most rewarding. A few years ago I was driving to the Grand Canyon and got off my chosen track. Wound up in Roswell New Mexico. Had great trip and got an Alien T-shirt. Always look forward to detours and missed turns except in Detroit City.
