GSX Engine in GZ
Hi, my name is Mateusz (Yours Matthew)
I'm from Poland (small country in central Europe) and I don't speak English very well. I'd bought '80 GSX 250 engine and put it in '98 GZ 125 frame (after make frame bigger). It have 2 cylinders, 8 valves, 27hp. You can see this bike before and after modifications on my bikepics member's page: http://bikepics.com/members/kaszpirowski Pozdrawiam/Greetings! Re: GSX Engine in GZ
That is a really nice looking bike. That engine should be available as an option in the GZ. The extra power must make it very nice to ride. Have you geared it to go any faster or just have more available power with the same top speed ?

Re: GSX Engine in GZ
Thanks for comments
Front sprocket- 14, rear- 46. It have 6 gears. Top speed is 115-120kph (71-74 mph) This is locked version of engine for German market (17 instead of 27hp) I have a favour to ask American motorcycle Brotherhood. Could you find any informations about type of power blockade in this engine in American language sites? '80 GSX 250. Thank you |
