New Rider

Hey folks!

So, I've taken MSF lessons, got my permit, and I'm scheduled for the BRC. As of today, I'm the proud owner of a Blue 2003 GZ250 with about 1500 miles on her. I can't actually ride her yet, but I should be on the road in a few weeks. Can't wait!

Anyway, it's great that this forum exists, as I know nearly nothing about motorcycles, let alone the one I just bought! I look forward to reading, posting, learning, and sharing.

Oh! I guess I should have mentioned... I'm 36 years old, and I currently live in New York City. I've wanted to ride since I was a teenager, and recent circumstances made me decide that I should do everything in my power to enjoy life while I have it. So, here I am!
