MrLMD1...

Has anyone been in contact with our resident doctor?

I haven't heard from him in a while and he hasn't been on the site in over a month.

He hasn't posted at any sites he's used this name on. Info on him is here:

He was older and retired. Maybe the Doc just expired as we all will someday.

Certainly. I just wish there was some way to have known - give the man who I've had hundreds of conversations with some type of goodbye.

I mean, shit, there's like 12 of us who have been around forever. It'd be really weird around here if suddenly there was no more WW, or Alan, or Mole, or Cayuse, or Blaine, or JWR, or Burke, or Chief... and the list goes on. You know what I mean. Without even a chance to say " Hey man, it's been nice talking bikes with you. Keep the cloudy side down."

There is always the chance Doc had a lingering illness and chose not to mention it. We may never really know why he is not online here anymore but he was a valued member for quite some time.

I tried to find an obit listed for him and did not.
Anyone call the 2 phone numbers listed?

I did yesterday - There are two numbers, one of which rings as if serviced but doesn't get answered.

I've been Secaucus before and expected the receptionist to at least have heard of him (smaller community for Jersey) but just mentioned to two current doctors who service that office and told me I had the wrong number.

I also searched for an Obit but found nothing.

Here's one for Marc.
