Roadside assistance insurance.

I have basic motorcycle insurance with added roadside assistance coverage that covers the 'hook' fee plus 15 miles of tow fee, total annual premium is $77. A few weeks ago I had a rear tire flat on my Shadow, so had it 'towed' on a flatbed to the shop. The hook fee was $60 and the tow fee was $3 per mile for 24 miles, so I paid $132. I got the check in the mail a few days ago, I was surprised to find the insurance company paid the full $132. I will stick with that company.
