New helmet

Well.........Finally gave in & bought myself a new helmet today. My old Airoh helmet has given me faithful service for the last seven years, but it was getting way past its best, & at 65 mph the wind was getting under the peak, & forcing my head back. So.....taking the bit between my teeth, I wandered down to the bike shop. He showed me a few that were in the style I was after, but when I came to this LS2 helmet I was smitten. Opening ventilators for hot weather, removable padding for washing, good neck protection, Large visor for rain/debris protection, & last but not least, an extra smoked visor that drops down with the touch of that little red button that you can see in the last photo, for the mornings/evenings when the sun is on the horizon (just like a pilot's helmet :crackup ) Unlike my old Airoh helmet, which is not available in North America, the LS2 is "distributed exclusively in U.S.A. and Canada by ALLWINPOWERSPORTSCORP tel: +1 888 968 9888, http://www.ls2helmets.us" if anyone wants one. This one was for sale at €110, but he gave me a discount, & let me have it for €95 ($124)Picture 001.jpg[/attachment:1494o35m]Picture 003.jpg[/attachment:1494o35m]Picture 007.jpg[/attachment:1494o35m]
