Sup?
Hi everyone. So, I bought a 2001 GZ 250 that had been sitting for 6 years. I was looking up information on it and ran across this site. I figured.. I own a GZ 250 so why not join the club? Now, here I am. I worked on the bike for a week. Cleaned out the Carb.. Flushed the fluids.. Cleaned the tank.. New Spark plug.. etc.
I finally got it running smoothly. Took it out and put almost 100 miles on it. Now my only problem is that I don't have a license, don't have it insured and don't have it registered. So, now I have to go through some NY DMV B*S* to get it all legal. Well, here's my introduction. I'm not much of a mechanic but I brought my GZ back from the dead. Now I'm here because I own it. Just glad to be part of the group of GZ 250 owners. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Welcome to the forum. Taking a Basic Rider Course is a good way to get your license, at least, I hope that's the case in NY too.
And good luck with the rest of the paperwork. Keep the rubber side down!
