Electrical Problem

Went to start my GZ250 and I had no ignition light, no power. Checked the fuses, put my charger on the battery which is only months old. All those checked out. Any suggestions of where to start?

Sounds like a fuse. Did you check them with a meter?

Just a thought - There is no ignition light, just a "neutral" light. The bike was in neutral?

20A fuse in starting motor relay assy. Bad ground from battery to frame. When you turned key on, did headlight come on, but no cranking from motor ? If so, turn kill switch off. Are you sure bike was in neutral. Will not start with kickstand down and bike in gear.

Three month old battery dumped on me. Would not take a charge. Dealer replaced it with a lithium ion battery with 8 amp cranking power and a fraction of the weight. Now my bike starts without having to set the choke.
