Scratches on front fender, etc.

I have some chips and a few small scratches on the front fender. I was wondering what would be the best way to repair them? Same with on the tank, very tiny scratches. For the tank a good wax will cover them up temporarily but in either case I was wondering if there was something more permanent.

If you have a black bike, then a shaprie can work wonders.

There's always factory paint or something from the automotive world that is very very close to it.

Personally, I like those little dings and scuffs. They become part of the character and story of the bike.

What's a shaprie? Is that a typo, or is it an American product that I've not heard of?

Under some conditions you might find that nail poish will do the trick. A gal pal may be handy to have as they tend to know more about applying nail polish.
