Crazy skin thing?

Has anybody ever got a horrible rash from the wind pounding your chest? Like where the shirt rubs real fast on your skin? I look like I have chicken pox from my gut to my neck but only in front,I have no clue what I did but I think it's where my chest hair is really short. 2weeks ago I got a job at long dong silvers frying fish and I had to shave my face and I got kinda carried away and shaved most of the hair off my body,my bike has only been out of the shop due to elec issues for three days so is it possible that my short chest hair could contribute to crazy bad acne looking bumps? The longer I ride the worse it gets and I have clocked about 180 miles in the last 48 hours.....sorry this is so long winded but has anyone else had this problem?

I've heard of something called "shaving rash", usually on the face, but you may like to see your doctor. We used to have a retired doctor on here, but he's not posted for ages.

Might be shingles. Appears in one area of body most of the time. Right or left side of body, front or back, waist line, etc. When I got it, got it on left shoulder, upper left arm and of course in the arm pit. I hope you do not have it, but sure sounds like it.

I would be thinking about not standing in front of a fish fryer without adequate protection from frying oil/grease striking your body. I'm sure it pops and sputters just like bacon in a pan.

Burned a few nice divets in my hands and arms,it appears they the shirt blowing around makes it way worse. I put on 140 miles today and not a bump on my chest,I was wearing a cutoff flak jacket covered in pins and patches though...no billowing shirt=no irritation? I really hope it's not shingles...itl probly be like that time I started pissing blood and mucous. Wait ten weeks and act supprised when the doc says it's bad and I shuda came in earlier.

Sounds like good news. Shingles look like chicken box or poisen oak rash. Burn and hurt like hell. When I had it, it felt like someone lighting my armpit and shoulder up with a cig. lighter. That was two years ago and I still have red marks on my upper arm and shoulder.

The pox part is fading and there's no burning, guess that's a good thing.

With no pain or burning feeling, probably not Shingles. The only positive side to Shingles is that most people that get it only get it one time. The red marks left over from mine, get brighter some times and start to hurt(burning). But only last for an hour or two, then stops. Doctor has not been able to explain why. Just gives me cream to put on it and kicks me out the door.
