Where to spray fogging oil

Hello,

I just picked up a can of fogging oil at the suggestion of some of the posts here and am wondering where exactly/how much to spray. I know we are suppose to spray into the spark plug hole after removing the spark plug but how much do we spray?

Also, are we suppose to spray it into the carb?
