Planning a ride with GPS
I do some 250+ km rides several times during the year.
Usually I go old school and stick a map on my gas tank, but sometimes is hard non using the GPS, specially when I'm riding on small roads and have to do a lot of right-left turns. Is there anyone who knows a way to plan rides using a GPS? Sound silly but GPS tend to decide the "best" way to go and as soon as I try to customize a particular path, the GPS send me to a fastest way, event if I check "remove highway, etc" I'm just searching for a device that allows me to go from the point A to B to C to D using the roads I chose Any help ? I think you can pan a rout in Google maps then convert it for your GPS.
Not sure how but there is definately a way. |
