2nd post. 2nd rant.. Needy users of these machines I have absolutely no problem with, provided that they are utilised in accordance with local regulations and with consideration for others. Unfortunately, there is a growing number of users that, to be quite honest, are bone idle, do not really need them, and use them in an arrogant and dangerous manner in the public domain.

I am not generally an advocate of ad hoc legislation but in this case I feel that it would not go amiss.
