Annie, glad to hear nothing was seriously bent or broken. Keep up the braking practice. Lynda had to make a fast slowdown to avoid an idiot and actually had the front tire squeal without locking up. Talk about threshold braking at it's finest. As for age and the perils of pain just take your meds and carry on. Along with my regular life saving drugs I always carry a variety of over the counter stuff with a Red Cross First Aid kit thrown in for good measure.
Just curious as to whether you wear protective gear or not ? If not, please do in the future. We don't want you hurt.
