Let me tell you a story about a cheap rain suit.
80 miles in light to medium rain. Cheap rain suit leaked from the first mile.....ewe...wet. Then it started coming apart from the wind.....shiver.....55 degrees isn't cold........unless you are soaked to the bone and going 50 mph.
WORST 3 hours of my life. Got home cold, tired and numb and this was behind a fairly good windshield.
The moral of this story is: Get a GOOD rain suit OR just decide that you will NEVER ride in the rain.
Riding wet is the PITS. :sad:
