You can also just get a big ol' magnet and slap it to the bottom of the case to draw whatever shavings might be in there away from the important bits. Just as a precaution. One addition oil change should be enough, just to ease the mind.
And, yes. Unless you are a female, or a male who has a pleasurable taste for man-sausage, all vehicles that you will ever own are female.
