Are you thinking of PE 370? That was a neat off road bike. The SP 370 was an attempt to build a 4 stroke street legal enduro that failed in so many ways.
As for a keeper, well, stuff happens. I kept her, kept her family, kept the bills paid and finally retained a lawyer after she left. No idea if she is dead or alive now.
