I had no problem driving on either side of the road. The only thing that confused me initially is knowing what lane to go into when making a left or right turn.
And when stepping off the curb to cross the street in London, those signs painted on the roadway reminding you to look right are there for a reason - so you don't get creamed by a car or bus coming from that way when you are used to expecting it coming from the other direction.
