This bike simply won't get that much faster.
I think all of the "upgrades" should focus on creature comforts and proper operation.
1. Throttle lock cruise control (or Windshield)
2. Clean/tight chain
3. 16T front sprocket
4. Air in tires
5. Synthetic oil
